It's FINALLY here!!!!

We've waited ALL spring and summer for this day! This weekend is the start of the NFL regular season. We woke up bright and early to get our errands run so we could be home in time for pregame. The Bears played the early game so we had to be ready before we left the house.

The Bears played a divisional game at home, against the Lions. While we are pretty disappointed in how the Bears played today, they did manage to win the game, and that's what really counts. Let's hope they tighten up the offense, but at least the Defense was looking good again.

Even Logen was excited about the start of football. He was MUCH more active today than he ever has been. It could be because I was excited/nervous/angry/anxious and my blood pressure was boiling! Either way, he's a true Bears fan at heart, too. He and I still have to share a jersey, but he was representing loud and proud! GO BEARS!!!!
